Service was great but they gave me hard old chicken tenders!
Just expect to waste an hour every time you go through the drive through
This is the absolute worst location ever. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The staff is absolutely horrible, they don’t care about their jobs.
WORST McDonalds on planet earth !!! Went here for breakfast, got my order mixed up with a different order which is understandable. Told the lady at the window I had the wrong order, she then looked at me rolled her eyes and snatched the bag out of my hand . Literally SNATCHED. When I say the worst service I’ve ever received through a fast food window this was it. Will not ever be giving another $1 to Ecorse rd McDonald’s for the entirety of my life.
They like to make you sit in silence at the menu board wondering if they’re even open, if it’s late night they swear it’s DoorDash only- I know that’s not true. Food is always cold and put together messy as if I called the cooks momma a name. This location is just ridiculous no matter what shift you’re ordering from. Also, dude at window wants to bark “you’re welcome!” as he hands you your bag before you can even touch it, what was that????
