This is not the first occurrence. This location has an inner and an outer drive thru lane. They utilize both lanes but only have the one same person taking orders and whatever system they have that coordinates who comes first and who’s turn comes next is not working. Has not worked for quite some time. Whether I have been in the inner or the outer lane - more often than not I get ignored and/or skipped and it happened again this morning.
Mobile ordered fries and chicken nuggets, nothing saying the store is closed or not taking orders. Go to get the order and the staff says they are closed for maintenance. They then say that my order will be refunded in a couple days. Pretty terrible business practice to take money, but not be available for service. Especially when the have the ability to turn off mobile ordering.
