Despite the busy rush, they managed to cook my chicken to order, and I was served in under five minutes. Kathy, who took my order, really stood out with her exceptional service. She made the whole experience so much better by being friendly and efficient. Her attention to detail and sociable nature were fresh air compared to my experiences at other McDonald's locations in Glenpool and Tulsa. It's clear that she takes pride in her work!
It was very warm inside. I waited over 10 minutes for my order (3 items). When I looked in the bag, the carton of fries was half full.
Consistency Depends on the Crew — And the Hispanic Crew Nails It I don’t expect five-star dining from McDonald’s, but I do expect consistency. At this location, that seems to come down to who’s running the kitchen. And let me be real: when the Hispanic crew is working, it’s a completely different experience — in the best way. Service?
