I have been going to McDonald's for over fifty years. After I was grown I continued to go to McDonald's, not for the kids attraction that is gone now, but for the convenience. There had been an growing issue is the food quality is in decline as well as the service quality. During COVID, just like all business, had to change how they serve the public.
