I usually have a decent experience at this location. However, here lately it's been a very slow process. I was in the drive through for about 10 minutes, waiting to pay and another 5 minutes to receive my food. The drive through soda fountain was down, so no drinks were given with the order, they wanted to charge extra for bottled water. I finally went into the restaurant after waiting so long. They forgot my sauce when I went through the drive through so I went inside to get it and I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. All the workers just looked at me and kept working, not one came to help me, along with 2 other people waiting for there order to be taken. Terrible costumer service
Employees are wonderful, store is always clean, food is hot n fresh,great place for meeting up with friends!
