The workers aren't friendly the managers are friendly and the food is always fresh
This is the worst McDonalds in the whole valley. The staff is very unprofessional. I went there today and went through the drive through there was a line but when it got to my turn they let 3 cars in the other line go before me. Every time I go to this McDonalds they mess something up or forget something. They need to be more strict on who they hire not ones that can’t even walk in a straight line. The majority of the staff they have now are ruining the look of the business.
I ordered through the mobile app today and selected drive-thru pickup. I ordered only one item: a sugar-free vanilla latte. After leaving, I took a sip and realized I was given a regular sugar-free coffee instead. I called the store and spoke with Bryan, who told me to come back and that they would remake my drink. While this was inconvenient due to their mistake, I returned to the drive-thru, handed the incorrect coffee to the employee, and explained the situation.
