My daughter downloaded the McDonalds app on my phone and told me to use it. The first time I used it I was traveling and nervous since I didn’t understand how it worked (I’m over 60). I ordered my food on 3/30/26 around 5pm, then pulled up to the Tawas City, Michigan location. I gave the drive through person the number and they didn’t recognize it. It's McDonald's. Good days and bad.
Ordered McMuffins asked to have the edges not burnt as I can't eat them crispy and get down the road on my way to work just to find out they are really burnt, called to talk to the lady and she was very rude will not be going back there for a long time, not the first time I've had problems with this McDonald's particularly.
