Why is it becoming normal now to ignore customers, in the hopes that they’ll go to the kiosk and do their job for them? You can wait for someone to acknowledge you, for longer than it takes to actually order and receive your food, from other fast food companies. Such a terrible design. This time I said hello and the guy just ignored me and kept wiping a stack of trays. I’m now at a cool mom and pop coffee shop, eating better food for about the same price. Thanks for that! :)
