Just like most McDonald’s. They always mess up my order. I’ve been in the drive thru for over 20min. Because apparently they can’t give refunds if you placed an order on the app, and it doesn’t matter how I pick up my order. 2 drinks takes 20+min. Every. Single. Time. I’ve stopped ordering food because of the issue. But now I think I might stop all together cause it’s ridiculous at this point. It doesn’t matter if I fill out 100 surveys, it doesn’t matter if I talk to every manager. Nothing ever changes

Not sure why you have a 24 hour drive through. Pulled up ready to give them money and was told they are only doing doordash and mobile orders. Took my money to the competition across the street. By the looks of the reviews of previous orders I probably saved myself some headache and bad food. Will avoid in the future. Won't beg you to take my money.

Omg....we sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. The lady working the windows was extremely rude. Apparently they made our drinks and let them sit, when we got them, our drinks were completely watered down, and when asked if they had ice, they said no. But there was a line of sodas already made with ice. Our food was cold, and we had to sit at the window for another 10 minutes. They literally dont give 2 shots about customers at all!!!
