So I’d almost give it a pass if it was a one time problem, but when I can’t order from the establishment because of a repeated issue of basic comprehension, it’s become enough. There’s genuinely no reason for these type of mistakes to be so common.
The lady at the drive-thru couldn't understand simple instructions. All I wanted was a napkin to wipe down my drink, but instead, she kept trying to hand me food that wasn't mine.
