I recently ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and waited 10–15 minutes for it to be prepared. When I finally received my order, both the burger and the fries were cold. I was not given a receipt. To make matters worse, when the employee brought my food out, she asked me what I had ordered. I told her a Quarter Pounder. She then asked “with what?” and when I replied “cheese,” she became rude and snapped “what else?” The whole interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Everytime I come here they take forever and mess up my order. They often give you a faded or blank receipt or no receipt so you can't formally complain to corporate. We can't all be wrong so McDonald's do something about it!
Wait forever at the speaker before you ever get to take your order. Waited 30 mins at the speaker.
This place is one of the worst. Never get the orders correct. I often do mcdelivery for my bf and they send half empty fries, missing food, and never put bacon on his burger even though I pay for it... one of the absolute worst places
