The food is awful and the snacks wraps are horrible and the fries was not fresh they need to shut y'all down

Awful customer service. The lady in the dark blue shirt needs to be re-trained in customer service ASAP, sadly younger employees have better customer etiquette than the lady in charge. I rather deal with a trainee employee needing time to assist me than a so called manager (probably a shift manager) that seemed like didn’t wanted to be here. They stole my wife’s mobile order and said they never got it. Uhhh… we were charged. This location is a vestige of what McDonald’s used to be.
