Waited in line for 15 minutes, while waiting people were beeping there horns, 5 cars had left out of line, told to wait for a moment twice at the the order window, gave order, when got to pay window the lady asked what order we had twice, was confused, told her our order and she slammed the window on me. Really people, nice customer service (not). I left pissed.

This place just straight up sucks...
This place has severely deteriorated. Drive through times insane. Employees in store blasting Bluetooth music and partying instead of at least giving me my drink while I wait 20 minutes for a small <$10 order. What prompted me to write this is that fact that someone’s (I’m assuming) 10 year old daughter served me last night. Incorrect order at first, but fun was had by all employees about the mistake; laughing and back talking about bath and body works lotions that men find irresistible while drive thru window open.
