I door dashed and they gave me half the nuggets I ordered at least DoorDash gave me a refund
The employees in here are beyond rude as hell. I mean how you gonna ask me a question then when I answer you act like you deaf as hell. I seriously hate this McDonald's. Then wanna give you shit that been sitting for a good 15 minutes food cold as hell they don't deserve a 1 star
I got 3 kids meals. None of the kids got their toys and 1 of the meals was missing the chicken nuggets. I called and whoever answered told me they were out of toys and that I could come back Wednesday for them. Today is Monday. Why would you not tell someone that when they place the order? Bc they definitely put toys on as they were ringing up the order. Very disappointing. Kids toys are the only reason I even stopped there.
I live on this side of town and drive across town to go to McDonald's! The reason is because everything is better across town!
Stop serving lukewarm cold food!!! And stop messing up people's orders....less than 4 cars in line and they messing up orders? And giving the wrong sizes on the drinks is unacceptable. If I pay for a large I want a large not a medium! Fries cold burger taste and look like its been sitting there! So much for trusting that my order would be correct and hot. Do better!
