Hi, I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with less ice, but the first one was made small. When I reminded the worker that I ordered a large and asked for less ice, she filled the cup halfway and said, “That’s what the machine gives.” I found her response dismissive she didn’t offer to fix it or make it right. I paid for a large drink and expected it to be filled properly. I’d appreciate if this could be addressed to ensure better service next time.
Very clean and the staff was friendly. They actually brought my food to the table!! Quality management.
It's a McDonald's, nothing too special, but sufficient.
I’ve had bad experiences at McDonald’s but this one was exceptional. Super fresh food, clean, and friendly service. I’ll be back to this one.
