"This is an edit to my actual review: the napkins smelled like WD-40! "Not kidding you, we are locals and for the fourth time in a row the evening shift has totally gotten our orders wrong. When we call them and let them know our orders no good, it takes a long time to get our order. If we call when we made it home it's always the same thing " this is our managers name, let them know." If ordering in mobile they always get orders wrong they won’t give you your full order I think they expect you to leave before you can check if it’s right it’s bs.
Came to get dinner after the state fair. online says they close at 11pm, great! Get here just to be told at the drive though that they are closed.. it’s 10pm. Watched 6 other people get turned away too
I usually know what to expect from McDonald's, but my recent visit to this particular location was incredibly disappointing, and I will not be returning. My girlfriend ordered a hamburger Happy Meal, and what we received was completely unacceptable. The meat patty was bizarrely misshapen, looking as if one side had been hollowed out, while the other side was completely burnt. The food here was fine, typical McDonald’s, nothing out of the ordinary. The service was also average, which is what I expected. The young man at the counter seemed a bit socially awkward, but that didn’t surprise me. He looked quite young, and after the COVID-19 lockdowns, it’s understandable that many younger workers are still developing their social skills.
