July 4th, 9:15 PM, drive thru. Only car in line. We were asked to wait before placing the order. After waiting 5 minutes, we speak up, saying "Hello, we're ready to order." The response? "It's the holidays, I don't have to take your order if I don't want to." That is literally your job. I don't know what that woman's problem is, but she has no business being in a customer service position.

This McDonalds is a huge SKIP. Horrible on every level. Red hair server gives nothing but attitude and even worse customer service.
