Front counter associate needs to clean their station, front desk associate doesn't speak when you stand in front of her for a good minute. Just stares at her phone on the counter. Ordered a drink from the kiosk because she couldn't be bothered, then had to wait for her to get off the phone to turn around and grab the cup for me, she didnt, the nice older lady came from the drive thru and gave it to me. I wouldn't be so upset if the girl was doing something.
Have issues with Nathaniel the manager. Rude and disrespectful. Yells at employees.
Order was accurate. No problems other than waiting when no one was in line or inside.
These people are stupid. Took 15 minutes just to get a sweet tea in the drive through because other customers were cutting in the double drive through and then taking forever to order their 15 combo meals. Even worse is they weren't told to come in and order or pulled into waiting spaces So others could get their food. It's like nobody cared about fast service. Finally got to the front to find my simple sweat tea was made wrong. Seriously???
