This location has issues with mobile orders. They seem to never be in their system. Happening a lot here since the summer.
Disappointing as hell. They lady at the drive through during the week in the morning is ignorant and rude as hell, acts like she's annoyed if you ask for anything even though I always ask for it when I order and she just forgot to give it. I just went this morning and they got my order wrong 3 times and acted like it was my fault . No apologies just attitude and stupidity. The food is to expensive at these places to get shitty services too
So this has nothing to do with the app, but I am officially boycotting McDonald’s for a couple of reasons 1). I was charged $.32 for a BBQ sauce and then given 4. It’s not like your food quality has improved but prices have and now you are charging for sauces. 2). Clearly you’ve rid yourself of quality control because my unsweetened iced tea was cloudy which means it’s old. 3). The McDouble I ordered in no way resembled the picture 4). Poor Management serious lack of training order is NEVER correct no Thank You’s nothing do better for the prices that you charge. Have some decent training for Management and Employees. BTW complaints are never responded to by Owners
