Poor Management serious lack of training order is NEVER correct no Thank You’s nothing do better for the prices that you charge. Have some decent training for Management and Employees. BTW complaints are never responded to by Owners

I came on a Saturday evening, the place was almost empty. I ordered a big Mac sandwich and got a crappy version of a big Mac. The Big mac was Very small and tasteless. What a disappointment. I don't understand what's happening with the food here. They are charging more for the food and they are shortchangeing the sandwich sizes.this is really bad
Now I went to a happy meal, I paid, and then when I picked up the food, the manager named Francis gave me the food and when she gave me the drink, it was not properly covered and the soda fell on my pants. I asked her to please change the cup and all she did was put another lid on it and gave me the same cup again with a little more than half of the drink. At no time did she apologize or offer me a new drink, much less give me some napkins to dry my pants a little.
