I ordered three ice creams at the drive-thru, but the employee on the headset kept responding with “10-piece” instead. It felt like he either wasn’t listening or wasn’t making an effort to understand a very simple order. I drove to the window to clear up the confusion, but instead of helping resolve it, he argued with me about who’s taking my order. I went to McDonalds with a positive mindset and attitude; I was ready to enjoy my delectable chicken McNuggets and fries; can’t forget the buffalo sauce!
