I am done with this one, ain't going back, ain't got no friends here, don't want nothing more from people who don't care, much less people who are rude and dismissive. management needs customer service seminars and somebody has got to get in there and show them how to cook a burger that's fit to eat. I don't care anymore though, even if it improves I wont be back. McDonalds aint a necessity. We've gone two times recently, later at night around 11:00 and we've had to sit at the drive-thru for at least 3 or 4 minutes and there's no one else even in line. The most recent time we ordered three combo meals and didn't get fries for any of them. I handed the kids the bag in the back seat and we didn't realize it until we got home and then we had to turn around and go back. And of course they gave me a hard time when I came back and said we didn't get any fries. From now on I'll just go to the one in Calhoun.

Dirty and slow, appears grossly under staffed Originally gave 2 stars, get in car and they left off my double cheeseburger, paid for something I never got, so adjusted rating to 1 star

This McDonald's can never get orders right. I always have to either go in or back thru the drive thru to get the stuff made right. How hard is it to read what goes on their burgers when it is clearly printed out. This place needs to get their stuff together. It should never be wrong as much as we have to pay for their food.
