Drive thru took 20 minutes after being told to pull into a parking space. Had to walk inside to get my food. Once I walked inside the employees were incredibly rude. Will never return here again.
I feel like I'm eating inside the bowels of a giant robot. No humans seem to be present. When someone came out of the kitchen and I asked how a certain offer works he shot back " I don't know anything about that look at your app ". Then he disappeared into the kitchen. Gee thank you for your help. I am sorry I disturbed your day. I'm not even sure that humans even run this place. I guess they save a lot of money on wages, that's for certain.
Too hard to order with no counter help. Awful app just makes coming here hard. Don't think I'll be back.
