Not only once’s did I order a McFlurry but twice and not once’s DID I receive my ice cream for sibling this is unacceptable.
This is the second time they get my order wrong, this time I was missing a burger and after getting home and having to drive back the first food I got was already cold and hard. After spending almost 30 mins driving to get my food and extra gas I asked if I could get it discounted or an extra one and they said no.
3rd shift overnight is horrible . Cold food / long lines / 50 minute wait. Service was horrible . They need a new more structured manager to get things back in order . Horrible
Forgot a whole 10 piece nugget and the one you did give me what’s a 4 count and a 6 not the first time you guys mess up.
