This place is supposed to be open 24 hours. It's nearly 2 a.m., and no one is taking orders; there are several guys gathered at the order window—they're just chatting and not providing any service.
I had an excellent experience at the drive-thru last week thanks to Hazel. She handled my order from start to finish with total professionalism. I’m not sure how long she’s been there, but she works like a seasoned pro who truly knows the job. I’ll definitely be coming back for this level of service!
I recommend you go down the street to the next closest McDonald’s. Drive through takes a long time to take the order and then Food was given to wrong person then had to wait longer and was not offer anything for the inconvenience let alone an apology.
Hey, it is a McDonald's. LOL. But I do want to commend the staff there. GREAT PEOPLE. Go there for your fast food.
