Muy bueno el sistema en pantalla .muy rápido y exelente servicio.
Rented this place last year when we came with some of our family, to take kids to zoo. We loved this hotel, nice service, rooms well kept, great breakfast.
Showed up at 6:05 and was told they aren’t serving food yet. But they open at 6. This same place has burned me in the past as well. Never again.
They take too long to acknowledge guest
It's hard to get an employee to come to the counter after you've placed your order. Yesterday all I got was a drink and I had to wait for someone to have a cup to go get my drink with. Of course you fill the cup yourself. I was there on Sunday too and on that visit they didn't bring my beverage with my order and I had to ask someone to come to the counter and get me my drink. It's sad that there's no real customer service anymore.
