Terrible customer service. The worst ever
Had to go inside to use the ladies room. The app wouldn’t let me choose counter pick up for the option so I had to get the attention of staff which took quite literally forever. But at least my order was made correctly. And the ice cream machine was working
Fast, friendly and a refreshing location to go to for food.
Staff is horrible. Showed email proof of buying food and a drink and even the pending charge on my credit card. Their system was showing I didn't pay and they refused to complete the order. I can't control the app or their system. They swear the 1st order will drop off since I didn't pick up the original order but if it doesn't there will be hell to pay
