After driving for 4 hours, we decided to stop at McDonalds in Ironwood, MI at 11:00 p.m. mostly because there was nothing much opened. We hoped we would get McDonald's high level of service & fresh food. This was not the case. The fries were not even warm, the chicken nuggets had been sitting there much longer than they should have been-- they too were dry, hard and cold. We aren't sure if there was an issue with the restaurant or if it was a normal occurrence, which is why I didn't give 1 star. We did a mobile order and waited in the drive-thru behind 3 cars for 45 minutes. The people inside seemed hot and overwhelmed. Order was correct and fresh, just had a really long wait.
Service was horrible. Very rude to multiple customers. Food was poorly put together and the fries were cold. Don't ask for ice cream as the machine is apparently always broken.
Ordered medium meals and was taking forever so the manager upped it to large meals and fresh fries
