Horrible service. Cashier rang up what she wanted to an had an attitude! The manager wasn't any better. The team that you manage is going to have the same no customer service like the manager and attitude! They need to know what customer service means! They get 'NO STARS'!!!!
Normally this is the go to McDonalds in Gaston county but today at lunch time ruined it cashier taking payment was the only decent one sat in a parking space after ordering in the drive thru for over 10min finally got out to go see what’s taking so long get met at the door I said ma’am, do you have the food for the person part in space three and her response with a nasty attitude was I don’t know I don’t know what it is you ordered.
