We went through the drive through and had to turn back because the order was incorrect. The young lady at the counter blamed the person taking the order initially. It's not who's to blame when you are a team it's what can we do to get it right. That kind of customer service was a turn off.
Muy mal servicio departe de la gerente, siempre está de mal humor trato de culparme de algo que no hice y llegó la persona quien fue la culpable y ni siquiera se disculpo, y no fue a revisar las cámaras, yo estaba con mi familia desayunando y aparte de eso ella trat muy mal a los empleados de ahí está siempre enojada y ella no da buen servicio
