Need more sales associates on the floor for help
This is by far the cheapest-run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to on Long Island. The level of service here is honestly frustrating, especially when it comes to something as simple as sauces. I’ve been here at least 15 times, and almost every single time they forget to include sauces—even when I specifically ask for them. Not even basic items like ketchup are included. It was going great also found a table, ideal for the short work period I was in, just to be greeted by an employee who told me I'm not supposed to be sitting there, old grumpy lady. At the end I convinced her that it was ok and she ended up even cleaning my table, which was used before hand. Food great and timing ok as well.
