This McDonald's on Foxon Rd in New Haven, Ct has excellent employees, with the exception of one particular, Elmer. Every time I go in there, he is miserable, not very nice to his coworkers nor the customers, me being one of those customers. I, and other customers have overheard him saying racist remarks to another employee and is most of the reason my friends and I won't visit this McDonald's anymore which is a shame because we loved going every morning for our coffee and breakfast. Never heard of this restaurant, but they have over 2,000 locations in this state alone. Must have sprung up overnight. Oddly, they call partially Gelatinated Non-Dairy Gum Based Beverages "shakes." You don't know what you're getting.
