In the drive through I asked the guy if the coffee was fresh and he said no. I then asked him if he could make some coffee for me and my friend. I waited and I got no answer! None! Just dead silence! He never responded! So I just drove away! Is this how McDonald’s is treating customers! Very disappointing!
Clean and modern facilities-typical McDonald's
Best McDonalds we have ever been to! Manager and staff were quite professional, friendly and conscientious. They bring your order to you here. Plus the Manager made conversation with us and pointed out to be careful on the wet section of floor just cleaned. We really didn’t expect this level of service and were pleased. It felt homey and more comfortable than most McDonald’s.
waited 20 mins for my order because i came in during peak drive thru time. then when i was on the free way i went to open my order and they messed it up.. not driving all the way to green bay to get off the free way and turn around to go back to denmark! waste of money and food. this stuff happens here all the time!!! TIRED OF MC DONALDS NO MORE!
