Disappointing location to go to. Staff were very slow getting food, very impolite and unpleasant, and forgot several items for my order. Had to go up to the counter numerous times over them failing to get my order right. Even then, they still kept forgetting things. Will be going elsewhere from now on, due to how poor the service provided was here.
Check your bag every time, at this location they're always forgetting something, more then 10 times this last month they forgot to complete the order.
They locked the lobby doors at least 15 minutes before closing time. I was unable to place an order due to this, and ended up going elsewhere. The employees were rude and refused to help.
The worst McDonald’s in Eagan and possibly the worst McDonald’s in the state of Minnesota. I ordered a simple Oreo McFlurry at 9:10 PM. When I got to my house four minutes away, I opened my McFlurry and all they had in. It was ice cream and the Oreos crushed on top it was not even mixed up. I also had to ask for napkins.
