The customer service here is by far the worst i’ve ever encountered. Waiting over 8 minutes for someone to respond with no one else at the speaker is insane. Pulled around to the window bc clearly the speaker must’ve been out. The heavy set metal mouth girl gone say we was getting to it. How when your standing here gossiping with an employee and didn’t even come on to speaker to acknowledge me. This place needs to clean house because they don’t want to work.
The manager answered our questions regarding our order due to an issue with the self service kiosk.
So I have been to the magee McDonald's. And it sucks and has for years and made me stop going to the franchise completely no matter what state. But with that said. This is a good place . The building is clean and nice . Cool temperature. And workers are nice. Food was good . It's what the magee store use to be
