I usually go in good food & service great. But today. I got hung up on 2 times. She was upset I changed my order. Had to actually go up there. Her tone was rude and don't know if bad day or what ..but I contained my attitude.. and got the egg foo young patties. Oh and they don't sell1 patty, must get two.
Door dash the wait time is horrible.. door dash should not have to wait for drive thru n people in lobby we should be able to pick up food verify it and leave
I have never had a time in my 5 years living in this city where an order here has gone smoothly. Everytime I think "this time will be different" and I'm always left disapointed and waiting for the wrong food for 25 mins. DO NOT go to this location, it has never had it's act together and only gets customers because of its location. I wish I could give it a 0 stars. I am writing this currently stuck in the drive thru for the past 25 mins (which isnt moving) The only reason im still here is because I already ordered on the app.
Gave me a chicken biscuit instead of a chicken griddle, then was hella wierd and rude giving it to us, then I called and was v nice about they mistake and she was rude on the phone to. Bad customer service, Kalamazoo really isn’t the place for such bold face rudeness tbh. Like I got not everyone likes all the dif type of people out there, but if I can tell you don’t like me as your clocked in you need to clock out
