I waited 45 minutes for for an online order. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left. When I got my order the sandwich was cold and the coffee was not made correctly. I have to say I am very disappointed in the way McDonald's handles inside orders now. You have to order at a kiosk or online , and then the priority of the staff is drive through and Uber orders. It's extremely frustrating to be the last on their list and there is never anyone in the front to answer any questions. They just pretend like they don'... read more
Waited about 30 minutes in the drive through after ordering ahead online, then another 15 for the food to be made. 45 minutes for a shake a 10 peice nugget and some fries which were just thrown in the bag. I get it's fast food and no one cares but this is excessive
