Customer service very bad workers want to talk and play around instead of servicing customers i ordered a quarter pound and fries took almost 25 minutes to get and I was the only in the lobby
Ordered dinner for my family online and when I got home with the food half of it was missing. I went back and when they gave me a new bag it had no sauce that I had already paid for. Went up to the window and mfr told me to pay for the sauce or I cant have it. Then shut the window in my face after me trying to explain I already paid for it and it was missing. Absolutely horrible place. The night time manger quincy is super rude and disrespectful. Cussing at employees just to be outside drinking and smoking. Should definitely lose his job. Won't be going here again smh.
