I am deeply disappointed and genuinely upset by the way my friend and I were treated at this McDonald’s. I ordered and paid for two ice cream cones because all I wanted was to sit down, enjoy something simple with my friend, and share a positive moment together. Instead, we waited approximately an hour and were eventually given only one cone. By that point, the ice cream had already started melting because of the excessive delay.
