They mess up our order bad because we ask for 10 peace chicken nuggets and they give 4 and we ask for a big Mac and they give us a mc double so they should make staff hear better

It's very bad customer service
Today, June 27, 2026, at approximately 6:40 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee taking our order through the drive-thru repeatedly pretended not to hear me, asking me to repeat my order several times until I eventually had to raise my voice just to be understood. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once I raised my voice, her tone suddenly changed, and she appeared amused, as if she had been trying to get a reaction from me.
