I gave McDonald's another chance… big mistake. We waited over an hour for our food. Because of that, we were late to a school picnic with our kids. That is completely unacceptable—this is fast food, not a sit-down restaurant. There is no excuse for that kind of wait time. And it wasn’t just us.
