This is not a good McDonald's. The building is an older model, which has its charms, but a recent counter pick-up experience was an absurd 15-minute ordeal of the staff outright ignoring people asking for updates on their orders. I don't know what part of a snack wrap and a small fry takes 15 minutes to prepare - at the very start of lunch service, no less - but it was inexcusable. 8 minutes for a chicken sandwich " runner" even took time to make a phone call in the vestibule between another order and mine . Stated it would be ready "as soon as possible " apparently this is all that is possible- had to call in from wait line to get the food
The worst McDonald's ever. Food is always old and dry and cold. Seriously feel they ignore safe food keeping rules. Will drive farther for better McDonald's from now on. Gross, even for McDonald's.
