I had a disappointing experience September 10th at around 10:50 AM. While I was placing my order at the drive-thru speaker, a staff member abruptly interrupted me and told me to give my order at the window instead. I found this to be quite rude and unprofessional, especially since I was still speaking and trying to place my order. Food is usually pretty good, price has risen rediclous amoumt that you may as well goto a decent restaurant. Service is hit and miss. Some of the workers are really good and get correct order while others tend to get it incorrect no matter how many times you tell them. Dome times you get warm fresh food while other times it's old, cold over salted to what i assume is to over compensate. Odd time you get condiment on burgers you asked not to have.
