Today, June 17, 2026, I went to a McDonald's and used my 7,000 points on the app to get a six-piece Happy Meal. Stephanie, who identified herself as the manager, responded to me in a very arrogant, angry tone and made it clear that this location doesn't offer the six-piece Happy Meal for those points, even though on weekends other employees do honor it. 20 minutes ago I went to buy food through the drive true and a lady was extremely aggressive and offensive she gave me an order and as usual I checked it and told her that it was not my order and she told me why had she taken it if it was not mine when in the first place she was the one who gave it to me and the one who should know which order to deliver to her due customer.
