I ordered on the app. Then was made to pull forward for 5 minutes & wait. I would have been ok with that but...., They stuffed 4 meals in one bag that was too small. Then before I left the parking lot, I reached for a french fry. It was cold and wilty. None of the fries we ordered were hot. None of them were close to being crispy. ☹️☹️☹️ I miss the 80's & 90's fries. I used to go there just for the crispy hot fries.☹️☹️☹️
I pulled up to the drive through and waited for several minutes for my order to be taken. I finally decided to call them to see if they were open. They were but no one was taking orders until I called. Wow.
Missing part of my order and of course I get a busy tone when I try and call very frustrating!
