Awful service. Mobile order placed at 8:44 am for drive thru pick up. When we arrived, drive thru was packed, we opted to go in. I informed the cashier about the change. We waited patiently as we watched 6 customers come in to the counter, order a couple large orders, and get their food and leave. When I asked if there was an issue, I was told there were 10 people ahead of me. Hmmmm. We got out order at 9:11- and it wasn't complete. Very upsetting. The service is good. Went through the drive up. And the young man that gave me my food, His hands were so dirty finger nails were disgusting.
