My drive-through order was incorrect, missing items, and fries that were completely upside down. I went in feeling frustrated, but as soon as I walked in, the manager greeted me as though she had been expecting me. She was incredibly patient and kind, quickly made everything right, and even gave respectful guidance to an employee who was clearly having a tough day. We’re all human, and we all have tough days—it’s how we handle those moments that matters. Great customer service—she definitely deserves recognition!

Went through drive through and waiting just under 20 mins while they kept taking orders on the other side. Finally came to my turn and all I asked for was a cookie tote. Told me they have no cookies in store which I know was a lie, they are just lazy to take 2 mins to cook them. I went in the very next morning to get breakfast and to see if they would make a cookie tote (as they were completely out of dough) and of course they make them! I went through the drive‑thru and ordered a large caramel iced coffee with whipped cream and extra caramel, but the drink I received wasn’t made correctly. There was no extra caramel, the coffee was extremely strong, and the flavor was off. I understand mistakes happen, but I do expect my order to be prepared as requested.
