The service here is awful. Today they had the entire parking lot filled with cars waiting on their orders AND a backed up drive-thru. When I went inside to wait for my food, I was ignored twice, then when I asked for my drinks, it took 3 times asking and 2 separate employees to get my drinks. I am never greeted at the drive-thru. They hold out the card reader without even looking at me, then I have to assume my card was approved and pull forward without being prompted. No smiles, no customer service. Wonderful staff! Best McDonald’s food I’ve EVER had. The staff was very friendly to me and my son, suggested the new frappe with chocolate chips. He also showed my son what he’d be receiving in his happy meal. What a wonderful experience! All McDonald’s should be up to par with this location. So refreshing to see fast food environment to be so friendly.
Literally took almost half an hour to just get 3 cookies
