We asked for FRESH FRIES And we’re giving hot fries there’s a major difference you taking the fries at the back and re-cooking them. It’s not fresh we want actual from frozen to the fire to the McDonald’s fries cup, and into our bag fresh fries. Had to drive back around and the girl at the front immediately got an attitude with us. I felt the need to write this review because it’s wild to me that the McDonalds drive through staff are friendlier than any dine-in restaurant I’ve been to recently. I am starting to choose McDonald’s breakfast over basically everything solely because the service is always above and beyond, and I love being greeted with a smile and positive attitude!!! On top of that, the order always comes out hot and delicious! Thank you guys for always kicking off my day with a great start!!
Crappy!
This place is so ridiculous. we got our food and the order was completely wrong and we had to drive back to tell them. they had us pull to the front door and we waited 20 minutes for our food and then we had to go back through drive thru and then they proceeded to tell us they forgot our order again. Girl at thrive thru was nice enough to offer us something to apologize atleast.
