Shoutout to the young man working the drive-thru. He is always professional and, most importantly, respectful. It’s rare to have such positive interactions in fast food these days, and he truly stands out. He absolutely deserves recognition—and a raise. He’s a slim young man, likely in his late teens, with dreadlocks and a brown complexion. I hope this helps the manager identify him. Please treat him with kindness—people like him make a difference. Someone definitely raised him right. I pray the company treats him well.
So why is it that I try and bring to the employees attention that my McFlurry was wrong she gave me an attitude and all she had to say before I even got a word in was I stirred it up already and everything is right. No it’s not or I would have already left. Originally she handed me a Oreo McFlurry when I ordered a m&m with Carmel. 2 completely different things and I was waiting in line and she was about to help someone behind me when I was in line first
Food was cold. The bacon was rubber. We went thru around 7:30am, traveling. The staff were grumpy.
I just want to say whoever made the fries today around 2pm needs to have a raise! Those were the most delicious fries I’ve ever had it was crunchy salty and out right amazing just like god intended.
