Stopped at the McDonald’s on Rainbow Drive in Gadsden for breakfast. Veronica took our order and was extremely nice, upbeat, always smiling and is the perfect example of what great customer service is. She took our food over to the table and we weren’t expecting that. I have never received such great customer service at any other McDonald’s. If you need to make a commercial or video make sure she is in it with her beautiful smile.
