Of I could a zero I would. I drove through the drive-through today to get my lunch as I’m headed back, I reach in to pull the pickles off cause I don’t like pickles and my fish sandwich was so hard. You could not even bite the top or the bottom buns. French fries was cold so I think you guys need to do better I eat at McDonald’s occasionally, but this has to be the worst one I’ve ever had never have. Yes great place to eat when you are in a hurry friendly service
**Edit 09/05/2025** The service continues to decline, and the app makes it worse. This busy Friday night after a highschool football game, I decided to use the app since the line was so long. I waited for around a half hour curbside, get my order with soggy fries and limp chicken nuggets, and the McDouble I ordered was suddenly "unavailable" so not in the bag. No explanation, no offer of refund or replacement. Why bother over paying for worse food and worse service? Just go somewhere else, almost literally anywhere.
