Couple of things. First of just go through the drive through if you want your food. No one is at the counter to take your order. They are more focused on drive through and online orders. I've waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Other McDonald's are not like this. Also make sure you check your order before you leave always missing something. They try to claim they put it in the bag and you have to literally fight for your food.
Very professional people work here and do a great job
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant. The atmosphere was terrible — the place felt neglected, uncomfortable, and honestly unpleasant to even sit in. The dining area was visibly dirty, with trash left on tables and the floor looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. What made it worse was the staff.
