Constantly messing up your order..especially if you special order something..and they never offer to make it right..service is VERY slow and most of the staff is not friendly..there are a FEW that are very nice. Are always trying to do negative stuff to their customers...no ice for drinks...walk next door and buy a couple bags instead of not having it for drinks, frappe or iced coffee...manager loosing dollars when it is an easy fix..Also bought a meal that included sodas...was told drinks machines were broken, tea dispenser... read more
