Went to pick up my order, got there at 9:45, doors were already locked. They do this CONSTANTLY, but tonight they didn't cancel or refund my order. Called several times to no answer, then the app tells me to enjoy and shows me a receipt. Got home and called again and the guy who answered was immediately rude and hostile. Couldn't get a word in, kept talking over me and saying I don't understand how it works and they couldn't possibly have charged me.
