Horrible!!! They don't even know how to make a frappe. I ordered a medium and seems like I get a XS. And it's more like ice coffee than a frappe. Keeps getting worse and worse. Doesn't seem fair for an almost $5 drink!!!
This MCDONALDS has management that takes online reviews seriously & they do respond in a timely way. I was in the restaurant @7:10am on Sept. 4. My order cost $7.24. I was served a warm cup of orange juice with a breakfast meal (Mcmuffin/hash brown/drink). I used the kiosk closest to Alameda Ave. but it did not print a receipt. I told the staff. Later, I was able to trade the juice for a cup of coffee. I was asked if I wanted ice in the OJ first. I leave it to the mgmt. to assess how serious the incident was.
