This is the worst McDonald's to go too the service is slow as he'll and ordering food as the worst ever it take 20 to 25 minutes to get your order and management is no better you ask me they need to closed it down at this location on 1700 e broad st TORRIBLE SERVICE.
Ungodly slow
Avoid at all costs I came in for two sandwiches I waited 35 minutes as I watched everybody who ordered before and after me placed their order and get their food they have no sense of urgency the restaurant is filthy the food when I finally received it was cold when I asked to speak to a manager you could hear her yell out what does he want and I responded a refund and she responded oh well he going to have to wait which I had to wait another 15 minutes for a refund just avoid this place at all cost
Happy Saturday! I have been giving McDonalds my business for years. This was the absolute worst experience tonight. I got there at 5:56 and didn't get my food until almost 6:40. I could tell the frustration on the employees from being short staffed but do not take it on your customers. The employee with the most frustration was the one that apologized. Judging by past reviews ongoing problem this location.
Actually the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, which is quite the achievement in the McDonald's Race to the Bottom. Seriously, do not come here. Prices have gone up and food quality is down across the board, but here you're lucky to get what you ordered, to have it be the right temperature, for a single item to be made to spec. It's not worth it.
